Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree (PhD is an advantage) or
  Professional certification with significant industry experience
• At least 5 years of relevant professional or teaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver practical, learner-centred training
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience delivering short courses or executive education is an advantage
